SHE WAS ALMOST REAR-ENDED LIKE IN HER VIDEO
Kim Kardashian was pulled over on the LA freeway for speeding Tuesday as she tried to avoid paparazzi; the incident caused a traffic jam as drivers pulled over to get their own pictures.***
***The last time Kim moved so fast, it was to get out of her marriage to Kris Humphries.
***Kim was cited for speeding. With her backside, she also got a ticket for not having a sign on her car that said, “Oversize Load.”
***Very scary situation. People could have been hurt. And Kris Jenner wants to know, what the heck were you doing running from a camera?
IN OTHER WORDS, THE CHECK HE WROTE HER HAS CLEARED
The bodybuilding Brazilian model who taped a sleeping Justin Bieber last week says the pop star was “marvelous and unforgettable” in bed.***
***Bieber is still so young. Even after the sex, he needed a bedtime story before going to sleep.
***Bieber’s been dealing with food poisoning and frankly, I’m now a little queasy myself.
***She was really smitten. Not every guy will climb down off his bodyguard’s shoulders to flirt with you.
THEY HAVE A HORROR STORY AND DIDN’T HIRE MILEY TO APPEAR?
Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks will guest star on an upcoming episode of FX’s series “American Horror Story.”***
***Stevie will team up with series star Jessica Lange. Now is this a TV show or an advertisement for Boniva?
***This is a TV show with witches, ghosts, horror, violence. And it’s probably actually less crazy than Charlie Sheen’s house these days.
SHE FALLS ASLEEP AFTER WATCHING “KILLING THEM SOFTLY”
Posters for Angelina Jolie’s upcoming movie “Maleficent” have been released online; the movie about the Sleeping Beauty villain is out May 30th.***
***In the original story, Sleeping Beauty falls asleep for a hundred years. Brad told Angelina on the set, probably best to put off getting married until she wakes up.
***Rumors say that, like in the original Sleeping Beauty, the prince fights a dragon. And Angie wishes Brad would start draggin’ himself into the shower once in a while.
HE LATER ROLLED IT UP AND STUFFED IT UNDER THE DOOR
Justin Bieber reportedly upset fans in Argentina after kicking and stepping on the flag of the country, which fans had thrown on stage.***
***The people of Argentina have a great deal of pride in their country. Although how much pride can you have if you go to Justin Bieber concerts?
***Bieber is from Canada and their flag has the Maple leaf. That’s Justin’s second-favorite leaf, if you didn’t know.
***Justin is on his way to concerts in Chile. And if he ever goes back to South America, expect a really chilly reception.
CHRIS CHRISTIE ORDERED MORE PIZZAS ONLINE LAST MONTH
Embarrassing numbers for Obamacare released on Wednesday: on the HealthCare.gov website, fewer than 27,000 people nationwide signed up for a health plan.***
***Terrible showing. That’s just below Taylor Swift’s number of boyfriends for the year.
***The White House claims Obamacare is making people healthier. Democrats are getting huge amounts of exercise running away from it.
SHE ALSO HAS A BUNCH OF USED ARM SLINGS ON EBAY
Mariah Carey said in an interview on Wednesday that she “hated” her gig on American Idol.***
***Mariah’s new single is “The Art of Letting Go.” And to show how good she is at letting go, she plans to keep complaining about her last job.

GOOD TO HEAR FROM SUSAN BOYLE AGAIN
An intoxicated man called 911 to complain that his sex partner was “snoring like a train” in his bed, and asked for help removing her.***
***Paramedics showed up. And luckily, under Obamacare, medically assisted walks of shame are covered.

CANCEL ANOTHER CONCERT; I’M MEETING WITH MY REALTOR
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have yet to move into their $11 million Bel Air mansion but are already wanting to build a bigger place, looking at a ten-acre plot of land over the weekend.***
***They’re looking to build the perfect home…to fight over in the divorce three months after the wedding.
***This is a huge plot of land in Bel Air. The only plot that bigger is Kris Jenner’s plot to have a baby North reality show.
WE CAN’T STOP…OVERCHARGING THE FANS
On Miley Cyrus’ “Bangerz” tour next year, reports say a VIP meet and greet with the singer will cost $1,000.***
***The deal is offered through American Express. And if you’re over the age of 16, just like the card, you’ll have very little interest.
***You get a photo op, a seat near the catwalk and a signed sledgehammer that’s been pre-licked.
HIGH SCHOOL MEDICAL
Reports say Zac Efron broke his jaw after slipping in a puddle and falling, and the actor has had his mouth wired shut.***
***Luckily, he was partying with Charlie Sheen at the time and one of the goddesses was dressed like a naughty nurse.
***Zac feels awful. Who knew that the Johnnie Walker Red you spill at 5 a.m. could be so slippery?

Seller says: “The Legendary Coach of this Historical team Bobby Knight had auctioned off his 1976 National Championship Ring on 12-5-12 through Steiner Auctions. You can google it and see that it finished at $174,950.00 and with the auction fees added to the winning bid the buyer of the ring would have paid in excess of around $210,000.00 for Knight’s 1976 National Championship Ring. Keep in mind the ring I am selling below is an actual players ring so you can own a ring that belonged to an actual player on this team for far less than what Coach Bobby Knights Ring just sold for at auction.”

Our Weird World
(Video at link) A white supremacist attempting to take over a North Dakota town as a haven for racists was found by a talk show’s DNA test to be part black. Craig Cobb, who has said his purchase of property in the unincorporated village of Leith is aimed at making the town a haven for neo-Nazis and other white supremacists, appeared on Trisha Goddard’s nationally syndicated talk show, “Trisha,” and a DNA test he submitted to for the show revealed he was 14% Sub-Saharan African. The episode, scheduled to air November 18th, features Goddard offering Cobb a fist bump upon revealing, “You’ve got a little black in you.” Cobb, who refuses the fist bump in clips released online, said he is planning to take three more DNA tests for comparison and the results will be made public. The DNA test would make Cobb ineligible for membership in his own racialist Creativity religion. He said he would not fault neo-Nazis for shunning him because it is their right to exclude others.
An Ohio couple said their daughter’s birth was made more memorable by the fact that she weighed 10 pounds on the date written out as 11/12/13. John and Katy Bragg, who are both nurses at the Cleveland Clinic, said their daughter, Brynn, was born Tuesday at the Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, making the sequential 11/12/13 date extra special by adding a significant number 10 into the mix for the newborn’s weight.
A baby born in Greenville, South Carolina, on Tuesday has a unique birthday – 11/12/13 – and his parents also have a unique wedding date. James Douglas Oliver was born at Greenville Memorial Hospital just before 3 p.m. on the sequential day of 11/12/13. His parents, Sarah and Chase Oliver, were married on 9/10/11. Sarah Oliver is a pediatric resident at the hospital and said it was exciting to be on the other end of experiencing a birth with her son.
Chicago police closer to identifying a woman who they believe can help shed some answers about an alligator that was found at O’Hare International Airport on November 1st. Using a photo that was posted on social media showing a woman holding a small alligator on the Blue Line, Chicago Transit Authority officials and police were able to spot the same woman going through “the turnstiles of the O’Hare rail station, this time without the reptile in view,” the CTA said. The critter, found in a baggage claim area, was about 18 inches long and was captured with a broom and dustpan by an airport worker. Transit officials said, “Those responsible for this act can face a misdemeanor charge of cruel treatment of an animal or face a fine $300 to $1,000 for cruelty to animals for abandoning the animal in a public place.” The alligator was handed over to the Chicago Herpetological Society.
A Craigslist posting is offering New Yorkers a cheaper alternative to pricey apartments with a mobile “School Bus Home” on sale for $8,000. The owner of the ad said in the posting the 1998 Bluebird school bus was outfitted with four bed frames, a toilet, a GPS system, an electrical heater and two propane gas stoves for a cross-country trip he took with friends. The posting said no one is currently living in the vehicle, which is still mobile, and it had been intended as a band tour bus before the owner decided to sell.
A Fort Pierce, Florida, man is accused of calling 911 – twice – to say his neighbors were mean and wouldn’t drink with him. Police got a call around 8:35 p.m. November 3rd about a domestic disturbance. Officers arrived on the scene and a drunken Collins explained to them why he was so upset. “The complainant, James Collins, stated that his neighbors were being mean and would not drink with him,” notes the police report. “Officer Rahn explained to James about misusing 911.” Apparently, Collins did not understand what the officers told him, because just 30 minutes later, he called 911 again to complain that his neighbors wouldn’t drink with him. That’s when police arrested him for disorderly intoxication to go along with the misuse of 911 charge he was facing already.
Grand Valley State University in Michigan is reinstalling the pendulum sculpture that was removed after students used it to mimic Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” video. The school is putting the pendulum back after workers discovered it had a frayed cable. Students have been riding on it to parody “Wrecking Ball” and posting photos and video on the internet. A university spokesman says it’s a scientific art exhibit and it’s on a reconstructed site that will have limited access.
(Video at link – WARNING NOT EDITED) A WDIV-TV news reporter in Detroit apparently unwittingly dropped the “F-bomb” on-air while having equipment issues while covering a fire. When station news anchors threw to Lauren Podell for a live report from the scene of the fire, the reporter, apparently frustrated by technical difficulties and not realizing her mic was turned on, could be heard cursing, “I don’t know when we’re going, neither does Jim, I can’t get this f***ing in there!” The anchors apologized for the outburst and moved on.
(Video at link) Cruise passengers found themselves stranded on land after disembarking when valets with a Miami parking company shuffled their keys. The passengers said they disembarked at Port Miami and returned to Premier Parking Ventures, where they had left their vehicles, and discovered workers had dumped the keys to dozens of vehicles into a pile on the ground as part of ongoing pay dispute with the company. Some customers said they had to wait several hours for locksmiths and tow trucks to come assist them. Customers say Premier is placing the blame on the valets, and the valets are placing it right back on the Tampa-based company. Expect lawsuits in 3…2…1.
Matthew Perry is set to guest star on “Cougar Town” this winter, TBS announced. The show stars Courteney Cox, who played Perry’s character’s wife on the classic comedy series “Friends.” TBS said more details about Perry’s appearance will be announced soon. Season 5 of “Cougar Town” premieres January 7th.
Jonathan Rhys Meyers has had trouble with substance abuse and his new employers wanted some security that he’d show up for work. It seems before NBC would agree to cast him in “Dracula” they set up an interesting payment plan in order to give him incentive to complete the show’s 10 episodes without any problems. Sources say a substantial part of the actor’s salary, approximately $100,000 an episode, was kept from him until he completed all episodes. Instead he received a per diem during shooting in Budapest, as well as other small dispensations. Once completed, he received a lump sum payment. It wasn’t the first time the payment ploy had been used: NBC did it with Alec Baldwin deep into “30 Rock’s” seven-season run because Baldwin had been talking about leaving the show.
Shirley Mitchell died of heart failure in her Westwood, California, condo yesterday. She was 94. Mitchell is the last surviving adult cast member of the 1950s sitcom “I Love Lucy.” She played Marion Strong, a close friend of Lucille Ball’s character, Lucy Ricardo, on the show. She also appeared on “Bachelor Father,” “The Beverly Hillbillies” and “Petticoat Junction.” The Ohio native married songwriter Jay Livingston in 1992. Livingston died in 2001.
Emma Thompson says she forgives Helena Bonham Carter for having an affair with her former husband Kenneth Branagh. “[It’s] all blood under the bridge,” Thompson said. “You can’t hold on to anything like that. I just think … pfft. It’s pointless. I haven’t got the energy for it. Helena and I made our peace years and years ago.” “Much Ado About Nothing” and “Dead Again” co-stars Thompson and Branagh split after six years of marriage in 1995. Branagh began an affair with Bonham Carter on the set of “Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein” in 1994 and their courtship lasted until 1999. Thompson has been married to her “Sense and Sensibility” co-star Greg Wise for 10 years while Bonham Carter has been dating her frequent director Tim Burton since 2001. Both couples have two children. Branagh married art director Lindsay Brunnock in 2003. Coincidentally, Thompson, Bonham Carter and Branagh have all since appeared in “Harry Potter” films.
Charlie Sheen apparently doesn’t want Brooke Mueller as his neighbor anymore. Charlie currently pays for Brooke’s home in his gated community, but sources say he’s ready to sell it. And Charlie is so desperate to get Brooke out of his neighborhood he’s selling it for $4.8 million, the same amount he paid for it. The price will also allow Charlie to stiff Brooke. As part of their divorce settlement Brooke will get half of any profit Charlie makes on the sale, so if he makes nothing, she gets nothing.
Brooke Mueller is being sued by a former nanny. Norma Lavizzo, who worked for Brooke for four years, is seeking up to $10 million claiming within the last four years she regularly worked more than 40 hours a week and was never paid any overtime. Norma claims she was always on call for Brooke which means she worked 24 hours a day, and was not allowed “uninterrupted rest and meal periods.”
Nickelodeon has picked up 40 episodes of the new game show “Go Viral” from Ryan Seacrest Productions. The half-hour, studio-based game show features kid contestants as they compete in elimination challenges revolving around viral videos. The series is set to premiere next summer.
(Video at link) Genevieve Sabourin, the woman charged with stalking Alec Baldwin, was held in contempt of court yesterday. A Manhattan judge ordered Sabourin to serve 30 days in jail for repeatedly interrupting testimony in her stalking trial and heckling Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria. Baldwin cried on the witness stand Tuesday as he described how Sabourin came to his house in the Hamptons the day he proposed to Hilaria. Sabourin called out at times during Baldwin’s testimony, crying, “No, no,” and “You’re lying,” when Baldwin said he had dinner with her to give her “career advice” and never had an affair with her as she claimed. Sabourin, who faces one count of stalking and more than 20 counts of harassment, has insisted Baldwin’s stalking accusation was aimed at hiding his romance with her from Hilaria.

Katherine Jackson has filed documents in Los Angeles appealing the jury’s verdict in her son Michael’s wrongful death lawsuit. Michael Jackson died June 25, 2009, at the age of 50 from an overdose of sedatives and anesthesia administered by his private physician Conrad Murray to help the insomniac artist sleep. Murray was subsequently sentenced to four years in prison for involuntary manslaughter. Katherine sued AEG for more than $40 billion, claiming the company behind Michael’s ill-fated concert tour was negligent in hiring Murray to care for Michael. However, a jury in the civil suit against AEG decided last month the company was not responsible for Michael’s death. Katherine is now pursuing an appeal even though civil lawsuit verdicts are seldom overturned.

(Video at link) Some medical marijuana enthusiasts in Colorado are taking the “holistic approach” by giving their pets pot to deal with pain. As animals age, it’s harder for them to do things like fetch, run and play, prompting some owners to give them pot to help fix the problem. While some think pot is therapeutic for their pooches, veterinarian Dr. John Sudduth says giving a dog medical marijuana can be deadly, noting there hasn’t been “enough research” on how to safely use medication such as marijuana. “Pets are not necessarily people in fur coats,” Sudduth added. “And how they metabolize medications and utilize medications those are all separate issues that have to be determined.” It is still illegal for veterinarians to prescribe medical marijuana pills. According to Sudduth, toxicity cases in dogs have risen dramatically in Colorado since recreational marijuana was legalized in the state.
Reed instruments, such as the clarinet and saxophone, can be detrimental to your health if not properly cleaned. In a study presented at the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology’s Annual Scientific Meeting in Baltimore, researchers noted that musicians can develop allergic pulmonary disease to specific funguses that collect over time in the instrument’s reed. The rare disease, known as Saxophone Lung, can be misdiagnosed due to the persistent cough and wheezing and association with mold allergy. Researchers say it is imperative to properly diagnose Saxophone Lung since treatment with corticosteroids alone is not enough. If the mold is not removed from the instrument, the symptoms will continue.
With a number of stores announcing they’ll be open Thanksgiving Day this year, retailers are hoping to entice employees with a number of perks. In fact, thanks to things like overtime pay, increased employee discounts, relaxed dress codes and even free turkey dinners, many workers are actually volunteering for Thanksgiving shifts. Big box retailers that will be open on Thanksgiving include Macy’s, Target, Best Buy, Kmart, Toys R Us and Walmart. The decision has caused controversy among workers and consumers, many of whom feel it’s unfair to make people work on the holiday. But despite widespread criticism, employees who opt – or are forced – to work on Thanksgiving will likely be plenty busy: almost 40% of shoppers say they plan to hit the stores November 28th. Black Friday has remained the No. 1 shopping day for the past decade, with retailers raking in an estimated $10 billion annually.
