AS FOR STEVEN TYLER, DIDN'T HE JUST DUET WITH TAYLOR SWIFT?

People Magazine reports Jennifer Lopez is reportedly very close to re-joining "American Idol."***

***We know JLo likes to sing for dictators. She's already booked by Simon Cowell to sing at his kid's first birthday party.

***JLo asked for a new dressing room. The producers plan to give her that steel-reinforced panic room where everyone would hide when Mariah and Nicki were fighting.

BETTY FORD HAS A ROOM THAT JUST OPENED UP

Justin Bieber reportedly looked "lazy," "sluggish" and "bored" at a New Jersey concert after partying till 6 a.m. the night before.***

***Justin looked totally out of it. It's the kind of thing that people in the area miss since Amanda Bynes went back to LA.

***Justin could barely do the dance steps in Jersey. And just down the road, Teresa and Joe from Real Housewives were staying just a few steps ahead of the feds.

CAN'T BRAD JUST LOAN HER 10 OR 15 OF THEM?

The new In Touch magazine says Jennifer Aniston is undergoing IVF treatment in order to get pregnant.***

***Her doctors gave her two choices to get pregnant: she could use the latest scientific methods or just knock on Simon Cowell's front door with a bottle of wine.

I ASSUME THE 'PANTS ON THE GROUND' GUY WILL BE NEXT

Jimmy McMillan, known to New Yorkers as the "Rent is Too Damn High" guy, has endorsed Anthony Weiner for NYC Mayor.***

***You might remember McMillan for his ridiculous beard…which, to some people, describes Weiner's wife.

***If you don't like the rents in New York, Weiner is your man. He won't stop until he brings down something that's grossly overinflated.

THEY HAVEN'T HAD HUMOR THIS SOPHISTICATED SINCE BENNY HILL

The BBC has apologized for showing a picture of Prince William with a penis drawn on his head.***

***Needless to say, his friends are giving him a tough time. They can't keep a straight face when they ask him about going to the Royal Ball.

***The Palace is furious. They say the royal family shouldn't be associated with cartoon nudity. Prince Harry and Kate are known for actual nudity!

ALEC BALDWIN WAS SET TO BE A CHARACTER WITNESS

Justin Bieber won't be prosecuted for an alleged hit and run on a paparazzi last month; the LA District Attorney said there was insufficient evidence.***

***Justin said he's glad it's over so he can get back to doing what he does best. I'm not sure anyone remembers what that is, at this point.

***The DA office was in a hurry to wrap this case up, to get ready for all the Lindsay Lohan-related case they'll get hit with in a few weeks.

I'D SAY: ASK KIM FOR ADVICE THEN DO THE OPPOSITE

Khloe Kardashian has reportedly taken husband Lamar Odom on a "secret getaway" in a last ditch attempt to save their marriage.***

***Khloe wanted complete privacy. However, the "Khloe and Lamar Secret Getaway" TV special will air on E! sometime in September.

CAN YOU PREDICT WHEN LOUSY SUMMER SHOWS WILL END?

Saturday on A&E: the premiere of "Psychic Tia," a reality series that follows a Jersey girl who's also a psychic.***

***She enters a trance so she can see the future. It's like "Jersey Shore," except they drank vodka and entered a trance where they couldn't remember last night.

***We see her tell one couple that it's a good time to clean house. So then Joe and Teresa Giudice from "Real Housewives" go home and start shredding their financial records.

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH ANTHONY WEINER AND FALLING POLLS

Sunday night on TNT: the season finale of alien invasion series "Falling Skies," starring Noah Wyle.***

***The finale answers a lot of questions. My main question: how much money does Noah Wyle have after 15 years on "E.R.?"

***Best scene? The aliens try to invade Earth but there's so much summer road construction, they can't get anywhere, give up and go home.

In an interview with Heat World, Ke$ha revealed that she was born with a tail, sort of. It was a small piece of bone sticking out of her back. She said, "I had a tail when I was born. It was a tiny tail, about a quarter of an inch, then they chopped it off and stole my tail. That was when I was little. I'm really sad about that story."

FDA Warns Tylenol Can Cause A Rash, Blisters

Tylenol and other painkillers containing acetaminophen can cause rare but serious skin reactions, the FDA warns. The over-the-counter drug – which is also an ingredient in many prescription drugs – can cause a rash, blisters and, in the worst case, widespread damage to the surface of skin. Consumers taking acetaminophen, who develop a rash or other skin reaction, should stop taking the product immediately and seek medical attention. The FDA is requiring a warning about these skin reactions be added to the labels of all prescription medicines containing acetaminophen. Other drugs used to treat fever and pain such as ibuprofen and naproxen also carry the risk of serious skin conditions, but the risk is already described in the warning section of those drug labels, the FDA said.

Eagles' Cooper Fined, Apologizes For Racist Slur

The Philadelphia Eagles said the team fined wide receiver Riley Cooper for saying he would "fight every n****r" at a Kenny Chesney concert in Philadelphia. Cooper publicly apologized Wednesday after a video surfaced of him using the racist slur at Chesney's June 9th concert at Lincoln Financial Field. Yesterday, the Eagles said Cooper and team officials mutually decided "his next step will be to seek outside assistance to help him fully understand the impact of his words and actions. He needs to reflect. As an organization, we will provide the resources he needs to do so." Cooper told reporters after the Eagles' practice yesterday he had not been able to eat or sleep after the video was made public. Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, who is black, said he accepts Cooper's apology, but LeSean McCoy, who also is black, said he no longer respects his teammate.

Castro Sentenced

Before being sentenced to life in prison without parole, kidnapper/rapist Ariel Castro told a Cleveland courtroom yesterday, "I am not a monster." "People are trying to paint me as a monster, but I'm not a monster. I'm sick," he said. The judge sentenced Castro to life without parole for murdering one of his victim's unborn child, and sentenced him to 10 years to life or 10 years each on multiple counts. The penalties on those counts appeared to add up to an additional 1,000 years. Castro pleaded guilty last week to 937 counts of a 977-count indictment, admitting he held three women captive in his Cleveland home for a decade. The plea included two charges of aggravated murder for terminating the pregnancy of one of his captives. The deal spares him from the death penalty. As part of the plea agreement, Castro will forfeit his home and his savings. Prosecutors said his home would be demolished soon.

Anthony Paying $25,000 To Avoid Selling Life Story

Casey Anthony has agreed to pay $25,000 to her bankruptcy estate to avoid having to sell her life story. A judge in her bankruptcy case in Tampa approved the agreement between Anthony and her bankruptcy trustee in court papers made public Wednesday. The trustee had considered the possibility of selling Anthony's life story to help pay off her debts to creditors. Anthony had opposed the idea, and her lawyers had argued that it would give the purchaser of the rights control over Anthony for the rest of her life. Anthony was acquitted two years ago of murder, manslaughter and child abuse charges in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in Orlando.
